We had a good memorable journey and it's very value for money and affordable. The ride was comfortable and we stopped at the usual Yong Peng in between. We arrived at our destination safe and sound. Wish to travel again once the border restrictions are lifted!
On time and reached Singapore 6.5hrs to 7hrs about 9pm to 9.30pm. Only have a bit of jam at Sungai Besi toll. Luckily North South Expressway and Woodlands Checkpoint do not have any jam. Good point was all the way to Johor custom using highway. Time is also good 2.30pm from Genting First World Hotel cos you can take your lunch. Remember that bus also have free WiFi. Recommended.

It was great to travel with KKKL bus service from genting island to Singapore. Superfast WiFi from genting island to Singapore border. WiFi of bus doesn't work in Singapore as it is in international roaming. Comfortable seats. Neat and clean Bus. Enough luggage Storage.

Easily redeemed, all buses line up in front of Starbuck First World Hotel, there’s no interchange there, just look for KKKL bus and approach the bus driver to confirm your booking. The bus driver offered preorder of famous Muar Otah @ RM7.50/each (buy 10 get 1 free), he will place your order at your seat area at Yong Peng stop, very nice service! From Genting Highlands, first toilet break or shopping time at middle of the mountain, next stop will be about 3.5hr later at Yong Peng, maybe additional toilet break in between would make the journey more comfortable! free wifi onboard and there’s charging point onboard too👍
Bus was waiting in front of Starbucks at first world hotel and it was easy to find. The bus ride was comfortable. The travel time was about 8 hrs with half hour for dinner at a rest stop.
Just be aware that the total journey takes about 9 hrs. I boarded the bus from First World at 3pm. Reached Compass One at 12 midnight. Those dropping off at Kovan should reach around 12:15am.
