Luggage Information

• 1 standard checked bag per passenger is included. For additional bags or odd-sized luggage, please select the “Add-on: Additional Baggage Transfer” option as well when making your booking, as extra charges apply. Each add-on is valid for one (1) additional item; for multiple items, please select the add-on according to the number of additional or odd-sized bags
• Odd-sized baggage refers to items exceeding standard size (158 cm total dimensions) or irregularly shaped items such as bicycles, surfboards, musical instruments, golf bags, wheelchairs, and oversized luggage, which require special handling. Passengers must purchase the "Add-on: Additional Baggage Transfer" for any item beyond the one-item baggage allowance

Booking Requirements

• Age classification: Customers aged 11 years and above will be considered adults, while customers aged 10 years and below will be considered children
• The bundle packages (Standard Family Bundle Service & Premium Family Bundle Service) are for 2 Adults (aged 11+) and 2 Children (aged 10 and below), with allowed combinations: 2A+2C, 2A+1C, or 1A+2C. 3 Adults are not allowed. At checkout, passenger details for 4 persons will be required (2 Adults + 2 Children). For 3-pax bookings, please fill in details for the actual travellers and enter ‘N/A’ for the 4th (unused) passenger details

How the Fly-Cruise Service Works

1️⃣ Book the service on Klook before arriving in Singapore 2️⃣ Receive Fly-Cruise baggage tags before your trip 3️⃣ Tag your checked baggage at departure airport 4️⃣ Upon arrival at Changi Airport, proceed through immigration without collecting your bags 5️⃣ Enjoy time at Jewel Changi Airport or the Changi Lounge 6️⃣ Board the shuttle to the cruise terminal 7️⃣ Your baggage will be delivered directly to the cruise terminal

Who This Service Is For

• Cruise passengers flying into Singapore on the same day

Important Requirements

• Minimum 5-hour connection time between flight arrival and cruise departure
• Service must be booked at least 10 days before arrival
• Passenger must have a confirmed flight arriving in Singapore and a confirmed cruise departing on the same day (from Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore or Harbourfront Passenger Terminal)

Flight Eligibility / Airline Participation

The Fly-Cruise baggage transfer service is available for participating airlines and cruise lines, including Singapore Airlines, Air Calin, Druk Air, Etihad Airways, EVA Air, Myanmar Airways International, Qantas, Transnusa Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, and Zipair. Cruise Eligibility / Participating Cruise Line

The Fly-Cruise baggage transfer service is currently available for sailings operated by Disney Cruise Line only

Minimum Connection Time

Passengers must ensure their flight arrives in Singapore at least 5 hours before the cruise departure time to allow sufficient time for immigration clearance, baggage transfer, and shuttle transfer to the cruise terminal

Wheelchair Information

Please indicate if the passenger is travelling with a personal wheelchair and whether the wheelchair is required upon arrival:

• If required upon arrival, passenger is required to inform the airline staff during check-in at the departing airport. The wheelchair will be handled by the airline and returned to the passenger at disembarkation. It will not be included in the Fly-Cruise baggage transfer service or treated as odd-sized baggage
• If not required upon arrival, the wheelchair can be checked in as odd-sized baggage and transferred to the cruise terminal as part of the Fly-Cruise baggage transfer service. Additional charges will apply, and the passenger will need to select an add-on for extra baggage

Important Items to Carry On

Please keep the following items in your carry-on baggage, as checked luggage will be transferred directly to the cruise terminal and not retrievable in Changi Airport:

• passport and travel documents
• medications
• valuables and electronics
• items needed before boarding the cruise

Baggage Handling Rules

Checked baggage will be transferred from the aircraft to the cruise terminal and delivered to the cruise operator according to the Fly-Cruise service process. Passengers will receive their luggage onboard or at the cruise terminal depending on the cruise line’s procedures

Odd-Sized Baggage Policy

Oversized or irregular items (e.g. bicycles, surfboards, musical instruments, sports equipment) may require special handling and additional charges. Each "Add-on: Additional Baggage Transfer" is valid for one (1) additional odd-sized item. For multiple items, please select the add-on based on the number of odd-sized bags during checkout

Immigration Requirements

Passengers must complete Singapore immigration clearance upon arrival before proceeding to the Fly-Cruise service and transfer arrangements. Ensure that your passport and visa requirements are in order before travelling

Shuttle Transfer Information

Shuttle transfers between Changi Airport / Jewel Changi Airport and the cruise terminal operate according to scheduled time slots. Passengers must select their preferred transfer timing during booking
