Pick-up information
- Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
- Your device will be available for pickup within opening hours the day your rental starts, and will be activated immediately upon pickup
- Please present your order confirmation number on the voucher to the agent (email or printout) to confirm your pickup and receive your device
Drop-off/return Information
- Return the device to one of the pick-up/drop-off points within opening hours, latest one day after your rental period is over
- If for any reason you cannot return your device in time, or have any questions about the return process, please contact Skyroam Support
Surcharges
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: USD100
- Failure to return the device will incur an additional surcharge of 15% of the original booking price through Klook
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date
