What to expect
Discover a hands-on workshop where craft, play, and heritage come together as participants sew their own set of Five Stones, a traditional children’s game enjoyed across generations in Singapore. Guided by a friendly craft mentor, participants will learn beginner-friendly sewing techniques to create five fabric stones and a drawstring pouch while exploring the story behind this beloved childhood pastime and its place in Singapore’s everyday heritage. Each participant is welcome to bring one child, family member, or friend to collaborate on a single set at no additional cost, and will leave with a handmade game set, new sewing skills, and a deeper appreciation for Singapore’s living traditions
