Other Reminders
- This is a private tour operated by a local driver who speaks Thai and basic English
- An additional fee of 200 THB per hour per vehicle will be charged for extended vehicle use after the tour ends
- For pick-up or drop-off at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang Airport (DMK), or nearby hotels, a surcharge is 200 THB for CAR, 300 THB for SUV and Van
- All additional charges are payable in cash (THB) directly to the driver on the day of the tour
- If you would like to upgrade your vehicle, kindly contact our operator in advance
- Therefore, even for group of 3 adults, we recommend upgrading to SUV if you have large or multiple pieces of luggage for a more comfortable journey
- Infants traveling free of charge are not included in the seat allocation count. For example: 3 adults + 1 infant will be assigned a sedan
- Giraffe photo experience on a safari-exclusive open vehicle is available on-site at an additional cost of 1,000 THB per person (payable on-site)
- After completing the safari bus ride, you will be dropped off at the zoo entrance for free time. Please check the show time schedule if you would like to watch the animal shows, or you may enjoy feeding animals at designated areas throughout the park
- The tour operates as scheduled even in rainy weather
- The tour may only be canceled in the event of an official warning issued by local authorities, such as severe storms or heavy rainfall, and when operating conditions are deemed unsafe
- The schedule may flexible depending on local conditions and pickup hotel location

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
