1. The Huafa Ice and Snow Re Xue Paradise's timing standard is as follows: timing starts when you swipe your card at the first gate and ends when you exit the last gate. If you exceed the ticket time, it will be considered an overtime. For overtime, please pay the difference according to the price published at the ticket office.
2. Huafa Ice and Snow Re Xue Paradise provides snowsuits, snow boots, lockers, helmets, and ski passes. In case of damage or loss, compensation should be made according to the price publicized by the snow park.
3. After entering the snow field, please keep your snow card safe and carry it with you. You will need the snow card to collect/return equipment and enter/exit the corresponding ski trails. The snow card must be returned when leaving the snow field. If lost, you will need to pay a replacement fee according to the on-site fee announcement.
