WAV Onsen:Private Japanese Onsen & Sauna in Ho Chi Minh

had a little problem with the QR code but good thing that the staff were helpful and accommodatin

please note that Onsen is located next to Kin Hotel and if problems with QR code go to reception desk next to open door.

The QR code makes it easy to enter/exit the room, but rhe QR code will only available right at the time scheduled you choose. The room consist of sauna, cold plunge, and jaccuzi. The downside of it was, my skin is leaning towards the sensitive side. I sort of developed some itchiness around my body, however, my husband is completely fine (no issue with the water).

It took a long time to get in because the QR code wasn't scanning. Many other reviews mention the same issue, so I hope something can be done about it. Also, the cold plunge pool is lukewarm; it would be great if there was an option to add ice to make it colder! The air conditioning also can't keep up with the sauna's temperature, so the room gets hot. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a fan as well. 　

Facilities were great, but for the price I’d say this place is a definite pass unless you feel like splurging on yourself.

We arrived 10 min before start time and qr code provided did not work. After 15 min of attempting another guest entered and we followed him in. Found our reserved room and qr code did not work again. after another 5 min we ran into a cleaning staff who let us into the room. Once in the room we were a bit dissapointed with the lack of amenities. Overall, not a good experience.

QR scanner didn't work so I couldn't get into the location. The scanner also had a keypad but the voucher doesn't explicitly tell you if you have the keypad code. There should be more trouble shooting steps if someone can't enter the facility. Since you have a time limited slot there should be clearer instructions so people don't miss their appointment due to technical issues.

Wasted 40 minutes waiting for ice to be refilled, with no accountability. Service: Not great.
