This activity offers a full-city private car charter service on Hainan Island. You can choose a one-day or multi-day charter. If you choose a multi-day charter and the itinerary covers multiple cities, please order the inter-city tour additional fee when placing your order.

What is the charging model for the inter-city tour additional fee?

This fee will be determined by the number of cities where you stay overnight for itineraries longer than 2 days. Examples of charging scenarios are as follows: (If you are unsure about the payable amount of the inter-city tour fee, you can confirm with the operator after placing your order and pay through the Klook package or offline to the driver)

• Example 1: If a multi-day private car charter itinerary covers only one city (e.g., Sanya City), no inter-city additional fee is required.
• Example 2: If a multi-day private car charter itinerary covers Sanya City and Wanning City, and the first day's itinerary ends with an overnight stay in Haikou City, then one inter-city tour additional fee needs to be added.
• Example 3: If a multi-day private car charter itinerary covers Sanya City, Wanning City, and Haikou City, and the first and second day's itineraries end with overnight stays in Wanning City and Haikou City respectively, then two inter-city tour additional fees need to be added.

Does this service include tickets?

This service does not include tickets for attractions, activities, or other transportation services. You will need to purchase any such tickets yourself.

After placing an order, when will the operator provide driver and license plate information?

Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email from the platform. The service provider will update the driver and license plate information in the Klook voucher before 20:00 on the day before departure.

What language does the driver speak?

The driver speaks Chinese. They do not speak English but can respond to customers via translation devices or by contacting the operator's online customer service for assistance.
