it was really fun experience. the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. the cat cat village was so so, seeing flower garden. the hiking was marvellous, guided by the local (villager). they are friendly, kind and nice. they came all the way from their village in the morning to guide us the way and help us along the way. the hiking wasn't easy at all, muddy, no proper route or path, slippery (rent boots from the hotel at 20k per pair of boots you won't regret it.) there were many villagers selling souvenirs once you are seated for lunch, a bit pushy, but you should just buy from your own guide as they helped you a LOT. after lunch, you will walk to another village. have fun!

We had only 2 of us for the trip and klook was professional not to cancel the trip and we have the guide who was very friendly and chat with us about Hanoi and history of the beautiful place and of course bringing us to see sapa and explain about the tribes in the area

It was an unforgettable experience and I have already recommended it to my friends and they loved it too! Needn’t say much!

Food was awesome! Sapa vista hotel provides 3 meals a day and the portions are generous. Do note that the Day 1 "trail" isn't exactly safe for inexperienced hikers that are not adequately dressed and prepared. It's very steep without a proper route.

It was an eye-opening experience for city folks on this hike. The hike was a good exercise for us deskbound office workers, and the homestay was a good opportunity to be away from the usual comfort we are used to. The beautiful view, fresh air and chance to know others on the hike make this tour worth every cent!

The homestay located with amazing view especially we wake up in the foggy morning surrounding with waterfall sound. This is 1st homestay experience for my 2 kids, they are enjoy the trekking to waterfall, terrace paddy. The tour guide Trang are very nice and wonderful girl. She guide us alot and accompanied us a long the trekking journey and shared to us alot of Vietnamese culture.

Was given the wrong package upon arrival, currently awaiting for status update. Was given “Ta Van Village + Bamboo Forest” tour instead of the “Cat Cat + Ham Rong Mountain” tour. Nevertheless, i decided to give a 4 stars rating as the tour itself wasn’t that bad. The sceneries there are amazing but the best season to visit Sa Pa is still around August period where you see more greens and almost-to-be-ready for cultivation rice paddies. Breakfast/Dinner at the homestay was pretty decent but the lunch when we first reached Sa Pa was below expectations.

Bus Services to Sapa from hotel (At Old Quarter) pick up through and back was great. The tour guide english was well spoken and explain the history of SAPA and the life style over at Sapa.

Our tour guide Lee is very funny and shares with us a lot of culture information during the tour. The trekking to Cat Cat Village is easy and relaxing. However, the trekking to Shin Chai is very challenging. The trail is really muddy and slippery. Luckily Lee has told us to borrow rainboots from the hotel the day before and there were helpful ladies along the way to help us for some tricky steps. The view of Sapa is amazing. The hotel room is clean but the lighting is dim. The shuttle bus is spacious and comfortable. Totally recommend to spend some days in SAPA.

The tour overall was good and the sleeper bus experience to Sapa was pretty awesome. The hotel (Viet Flower Hotel) is quite clean too which is a plus. But I think communication could be improved. For instance I was quite surprised that the bus operator to Sapa threw our packed food away without informing us (we were told to leave food items at the bus dashboard upon boarding, nothing else further). Even if eating was not allowed on board, we could have still had the food at one of the stopovers and not waste what we had. There was a food option along the way which I wasnt comfortable to eat then bcus of my weak stomach so I ended up being kinda hungry for the next few hours.
