What to expect
Guests will depart Tromso in the early evening and travel by bus into the Arctic wilderness, arriving at a traditional reindeer camp surrounded by nature. Upon arrival, guests can walk around the camp and get close to hundreds of reindeer, with the opportunity to feed them under the guidance of experienced hosts. The evening continues inside a warm, candlelit Sami lavvo, where hot drinks are served by the fire before a hearty three-course dinner featuring traditional Sami dishes, including reindeer stew, with dietary options available. Throughout the meal, guests will listen to engaging stories about Sami culture, daily life, and reindeer herding, accompanied by a joik performance. Weather permitting, guests may step outside later in the evening for a chance to spot the Northern Lights
