What to expect

Come explore Chinatown in a deep dive into Cantonese cuisine and culture.

Start off at Chinatown Complex wet market key for the Cantonese community. Expect to see tons of groupers and live fish, before having your nose infiltrated by the smells from the dried seafood stalls that sell ingredients for Cantonese soups. Head over to Hong Lim Complex to get schooled on Cantonese style tze char by Debbie, a 4th generation hawker from Tang Kay Kee Fish Head Bee Hoon. We round things off with a very tasty lunch starring snakehead fish.

This tour covers both the fresh and dried produce section of the Chinatown Complex wet market before embarking on a tour of a hawker stall at Hong Lim Complex, complete with lunch and stories from a 4th gen hawker.
