driver was helpful and accommodating , the pre event communication was easy via WhatsApp and the admin was helpful

We had a marvellous outing and spent a great day in family. the van was on time at the hotel and agent very responsive. a driver who can communicate in English would have been great but managed through google translator.....the driver brings us to a very nice restaurant and the food was awesome.

The driver doesn't speak English and can't recommend the itinerary. This is a bit of a deduction and requires you to do more homework. However, the driver is polite, friendly and punctual. I will still recommend 𦂥 to my friends.

It was absolutely the worst. The technician talks on the phone without stopping for even a minute and sends text messages when he is not on the phone. They were even talking on the phone when we got off. I use Klook every time I travel, but this is my first experience like this. I was really disappointed.
