Kotsumate Zoo Experience in Tokyo

Definitely well taken care of animals! I had no idea otters were so quick and capable of going into every pocket you have and taking things out. The staff was so diligent in quickly grabbing whatever they get so they don't get hurt. If the otters made a mess they immediately cleaned it. The otters had plenty of time for enrichment being out of cages getting to run around, play with toys, and play with you and do as they like. Absolutely would recommend a very worth while experience!

Sea otters are super cute! It’s just that the indoor smell is really strong, even if I take off my clothes it’s still the same smell 😂

Great experience and value for money. Otter free play area was so much fun, the otters played with each other alot.

It was well organized and you indeed have enough time with otters and sugar gliders, respectively. The staff makes a point of providing you the clear rules of engagement with the animals and you then have the ability to get hands-on interactions with each. Otters have to approach you and play like puppies, so you mostly have a chance to pet them while they scurry about, and give them some kibble while in their holding pens/cages. Sugar gliders you actually get to hold in your hands and feed milk to from the droppers—they are super cute and soft. You also get little souvenir gifts. The location was also much easier to find than some of the other animal cafes that are sometimes in obscure spots. If you’re considering other animal cafes on Klook, I’d prioritize micro pigs, then otters/sugar gliders, Hedgehogs, then owls.

The sugar gliders and little otters are very cute 😍, and the service staff are also very kind. Book the date and time on Klook, and you can go to the store and show your voucher directly to the store staff to experience it super convenient 👍

The place smell a little due to the the pets around the facility. The gliders were quite shy and likes to hide. Tend to lose them when they tried to escape. Otters were cute but sleepy. Otters that doesn't bite tend to sleep and the ones will bite are in the cage. Overall quite disappointed because I actually would like to see hedgehogs but there isn't.

Pets are cute, staff are helpful.
