Kotsumate Zoo Experience in Tokyo

It was well organized and you indeed have enough time with otters and sugar gliders, respectively. The staff makes a point of providing you the clear rules of engagement with the animals and you then have the ability to get hands-on interactions with each. Otters have to approach you and play like puppies, so you mostly have a chance to pet them while they scurry about, and give them some kibble while in their holding pens/cages. Sugar gliders you actually get to hold in your hands and feed milk to from the droppers—they are super cute and soft. You also get little souvenir gifts. The location was also much easier to find than some of the other animal cafes that are sometimes in obscure spots. If you’re considering other animal cafes on Klook, I’d prioritize micro pigs, then otters/sugar gliders, Hedgehogs, then owls.

So pleased to see the small animals, feed and play with them. The otter space is a bit smelly so masks are highly recommended. Make sure you wear socks!

The animals were so cute and friendly!The staff understood a bit of English, so that helped too. The only sad thing is that on google the pet cafe located on the above floor mixed their photos with this one, so we actually thought there would be more pets there.

Great experience and value for money. Otter free play area was so much fun, the otters played with each other alot.

very kind people and sweet animals! we arrived and they pulled up our reservation without a problem! everyone was knowledgeable of the animals and allowed us to have the best time with them. it was 30 mins with the sugar gliders and 30 mins with the otter and you were provided with two snacks we thought it was perfect time with each of them very cute experience

It was our first time to experience otters and flying squirrels. The store clerk was very patient in guiding us how to interact with otters. The otters were very lively and cute, and the flying squirrels were very small. We had a feeding activity, which was an unforgettable experience.

The otters are hilarious and it's almost like playing with puppies. The sugar gliders are adorable as well. Highly recommend wearing clothing that isn't loose and that you don't care about if it gets stained or damaged! This isn't communicated to customers well until you actually get to the venue. The otters and sugar gliders don't have much control over their bowel movements so you may get some pee on you haha. The younger otters can also tend to nibble on loose clothing. This is unlikely though so definitely recommend this experience!

We had a wonderful time on our visit! The animals were wonderfully interactive - especially the otters - and the staff were wonderful!
