Refund Instructions:
For travelers who plan to depart more than 11 days (excluding 11 days) in advance, the order will be cancelled and a 0% fee will be charged. If the traveler cancels the trip 10 days to 5 days before departure, 30% of the order fee will be charged. If the traveler cancels the trip 4 days to 2 days before departure, 70% of the order fee will be charged. If the traveler cancels the trip within 1 day before departure, 100% of the order fee will be charged.
If the business fees paid according to the above ratio are insufficient to cover the actual losses of the merchants, consumers should compensate the merchants for the actual losses, but the maximum amount should not exceed the total order fee. Additionally, we do not accept the practice of retaining the group payment for a certain period of time and then reserving the right to participate in another tour. After registration, we will immediately arrange for the booking of all accommodation and the reservation of drivers.
