Zaiyang Teahouse is the first traditional teahouse in Chaozhou equipped with a stage. It is located in Yingju Lane on Paifang Street, a grand two-story century-old building that combines Chaozhou architecture with Nanyang style. Its Chinese architectural layout perfectly blends with European domes, corridors, and carvings, making its unique blend of Chinese and Western charm particularly eye-catching.

Zaiyang Teahouse integrates Chaozhou Gongfu tea, Chaozhou opera, Chaozhou music, and Chaozhou architecture, providing a regular platform for the inheritance of local culture. Its own Zaiyang Art Troupe members are all professionally trained, with superb acting skills (unmatched by amateur venues), allowing visitors from home and abroad to fully experience the charm of Chaozhou culture. Sitting in the teahouse, drinking tea, listening to music, and watching opera is an incredibly wonderful experience.

The interior decoration of the teahouse is retro and exquisite, divided into two floors. The lower floor has Eight Immortals tables, suitable for multiple people to gather; the upper floor has small tables, suitable for one or two people to sit alone. No matter where you sit, you can feel the strong nostalgic atmosphere of the Republic of China, and the background music is also in the nostalgic style of the Republic of China, making people feel very comfortable.

The teahouse offers authentic Chaozhou Gongfu tea, such as Phoenix Dancong, and guests can try brewing Gongfu tea themselves, experiencing the traditional tea brewing process.

The program format is subject to the arrangements on the day; there are more visitors on weekends and holidays, so the performance start time may be slightly adjusted.
