Luggage Information
- One 24‑inch suitcase will be considered as standard size luggage
- Luggage larger than 24‑inch and smaller than 28‑inch will be counted as 2 pieces of standard luggage

- One 28‑inch suitcase is counted as equivalent to one passenger
- If you plan to bring extra‑large items such as suitcases over 28 inches or golf bags, please contact us in advance
- Regardless of the actual number of passengers, please book a larger vehicle if your luggage exceeds the allowed capacity
- If the legal passenger capacity or the safety limit for luggage is exceeded, the driver has the right to refuse boarding. In this case, the tour will be canceled and no refund will be issued

Booking Requirements
- When making a reservation, please provide a messenger contact or ID where we can reach you. On the pickup day, if we are unable to contact you or you do not show up, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After that, it will be treated as a no‑show and no refund will be issued. Please note that the LINE App cannot be registered with overseas numbers, so you must provide a QR code or link instead
- If you do not hear from us within 24 hours after booking, please contact the operator via Whatsapp on the voucher and send the operator your booking information

Surcharge table
- Departure Time: 8:00 AM - 23:30 PM
- Departures between midnight and 8:00 AM may be subject to a night surcharge
- Outside service area: Outside of central Seoul area pick-up available with extra charges
- Additional hours: KRW 20,000 (Van) / KRW 30,000 (Minibus) per hour
- Additional stops: KRW 20,000 (Van) / KRW 30,000 (Minibus) per stop
- Please note that if an additional stop request increases the distance, extra charges may apply
- Child seat: KRW 18,000 (Up to 2ea per vehicle)
- Please note additional fee can be paid in cash to the driver on-site
