🚗 Pickup and Drop-off Service Area Departure from Hangzhou: We offer free pickup and drop-off service to customers within the following areas: East to Hangzhou East Railway Station; South to the intersection of Fuxing Road and Zihua Road; West to Gudang Bus Station; North to Dengyun Road. This excludes areas such as Xiasha, Linping, Binjiang, and Xiaoshan. Departure from Shanghai: We offer free pickup and drop-off service to customers within Shanghai’s city center (Jing’an District, Changning District, Hongkou District, Yangpu District, Huangpu District, Xuhui District). If you need to go to places outside these areas, there will be additional charges, and the specific amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
⏰ Schedule The standard departure time is around 9:00 AM, and the trip usually ends around 5:00 PM, after which you will be taken back to your hotel. Your needs are most important, and the time can be flexibly adjusted. You can negotiate the best departure time with customer service after booking. During peak holidays, it is recommended to depart in advance to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
