• [Attraction Order] The driving time and attraction visiting time in the itinerary are estimated, and there may be some discrepancies. The actual arrangements shall prevail; the order of attractions will be adjusted as appropriate according to the actual situation of the day (peak/off-peak season, traffic jams, etc.).

• [Lunch Recommendation] Lunch is not included on Huangshan Mountain. Tourists can bring their own dry food or gather enough people (5 people) with their companions for the guide to arrange a group meal. The reference standard for a group meal is: 80 yuan/person for lunch on the mountain, voluntary and at your own expense, not mandatory.
• 【Destination Tips】1. The weather in the scenic area is changeable. It is recommended to prepare disposable raincoats and jackets before climbing in case of need [hiking poles and gloves are optional]; 2. Most of the roads in the scenic area are mountain steps. Remember "don't look at the scenery while walking, and don't walk while looking at the scenery", especially pay attention to safety behind you when taking photos and safety above your head when passing through caves; 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the scenic area. If you smoke, please do so at designated smoking points; littering is strictly prohibited, please throw garbage into the roadside garbage bins; 4. Parents with children should always protect their children's safety; 5. Please actively avoid porters when you encounter them on the road to avoid collisions; 6. All items on Huangshan are carried up and down by porters, so the prices of items on the mountain are higher, and dining costs are also higher. Your understanding is appreciated!
• Seniors: Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above who book a trip must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by family members or friends (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or have restricted accommodation due to service limitations) to travel; Due to service limitations, we are unable to accommodate travelers over the age of 70 to register for travel, please understand; Due to the different intensity of different line itineraries, please ensure that you are healthy and suitable for travel. Please consult customer service for specific age restrictions.
• For underage travelers: Tourists under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a family member (excluding those who cannot be received or have restricted reception due to service capabilities) to participate in the tour. Due to service limitations, we are unable to accept individual registrations from tourists under the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Patients, Pregnant Women, and Those with Reduced Mobility】To ensure a smooth journey, travelers are advised to undergo a medical examination before traveling. We regret that we are unable to accommodate passengers with severe illnesses (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, or mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those recovering from major surgery), pregnant women, or those with reduced mobility due to limitations in our service capabilities.
• [Scenic Area Credentials] To enter the scenic area, you must present the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit filled in at the time of booking. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to not bringing the required documents or providing incorrect information, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility. Please inform us in advance if you have any discount certificates at the time of registration. The refund amount will be the team ticket price purchased by the travel agency minus the actual discount ticket price, and the tour guide will refund the difference in cash. This is not the listed price! If you do not inform us in advance, we will purchase adult tickets uniformly, and no discounts will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Children with a height of 139cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Child price standard: Children 1.4 meters tall and below only include round-trip transportation and guide service fees; all other costs are not included. If additional fees are incurred due to exceeding the height limit, please pay them yourself.
