- Bringing water sports equipment (eg. Vibrating Surfboard, Skateboard, Nine Boards, Windsurfing, etc.) will incur an extra charge of THB400 for bus route & boat route or THB300 for boat route only, to be paid in cash directly to the operator
- Bringing bicycles (only for folding bicycles) will incur an extra charge of THB100 for boat route and the same for bus route & boat route, to be paid in cash directly to the operator

There's nothing special on the dock. There's a small convenience store and a food court where you can eat. The restroom is a bit uncomfortable and not clean. There are a lot of people, so it seems like a good place to get a seat first. Anyway, just show the code at the counter!
Easy to buy, convenient, no need to wait in line. There is only one pier. If you go on a peak day, you have to wait in a very long line, so it's easiest to buy first.
The biggest advantage is that you can just scan and show it locally.

Good service, on time. Just take the qr code and submit it at the ticket sales point to receive a sticker with your ticket.
The voucher is convenient to use. But when queuing to exchange tickets, there were a lot of people and we had to queue for a long time.
Ferry is big. Trip was 15 mins late but it was okay. Good view on the third floor. It was a long trip. Price is quite high. Chumphon pier is much less busy than Koh Tao port.
Nice boat and quick check-in. Was a bit bumpy though and my kid got sick. They did not really help, but can imagine that happens so often to them... All in all they were professional and the boat felt safe ;)

The big ship looked safe and didn't take long. During the long weekend, you should book in advance because it's very crowded.
