It is recommended to remove them in advance and store them in the scenic area’s lockers. 🔹Foreign Tourists: If you do not have a Chinese mainland mobile phone number, please contact customer service 1 day before departure, provide a WeChat QR code screenshot to add the customer service WeChat. Other contact methods are temporarily not supported. 🔹Exclusive chartered car packages do not include a tour guide. The driver can provide brief explanations and assist with ticket purchase; if you need tour guide services, please purchase a package that includes a guide. 🔹Drivers can communicate through translation software and can only speak simple English. Drivers do not accompany visitors into the park for sightseeing or provide inside-park guided tours. Itinerary arrangements and pick-up/drop-off locations will be notified via WeChat. 🔹Group tours involve shared carpooling and fixed pick-up and drop-off points, not a private one-on-one car. Pick-ups and drop-offs along the same route are done sequentially, and temporary route change requests are not accepted. 🔹Small-group carpooling requires a minimum booking of 2 people. 🔹Attractions implement real-name ticket purchasing. Be sure to bring the original passport / ID card on the day of the tour. 🔹Elders over 65 years old joining the tour must assess their own health status, must be accompanied by relatives or friends, and sign a “Health Certificate” and “Disclaimer”; those over 75 years old will not be accepted. 🔹High-altitude and mountain racing projects (Sky Glass Boss, Cliff Racing, Canyon Racing): People with a fear of heights, high blood pressure, heart disease, vertigo, etc., should participate with caution; follow the on-site staff’s guidance during play and comply with the project’s weight and age limits. 🔹Rafting project: This is a high-drop water project. Pregnant women, people under the influence of alcohol, heart disease, high blood pressure, and lumbar spine disease patients are prohibited from participating; children under 1.2 meters and elders exceeding the age specified by the scenic area cannot participate in rafting. Life jackets and helmets must be worn throughout the rafting trip, hold tightly to the handrails at rapid shoals, and standing or getting off the boat without authorization is strictly prohibited. 🔹Clothing suggestions: Please bring a full set of spare clothes and towels for rafting, and it is recommended to wear anti-slip wading shoes (flip-flops are easily washed away); use a reliable waterproof bag for your mobile phone, and prepare a glasses strap if you wear glasses. Flat shoes are recommended for high-altitude projects. 🔹Scenic area projects are affected by weather, water levels, and equipment maintenance. In case of severe weather such as heavy rain and strong winds, some projects will be temporarily suspended or closed, subject to the on-site notice of the scenic area. 🔹During holidays and peak tourist seasons, the scenic area has a large flow of people, and various projects may experience long waiting times. Please reasonably plan your play time and remain patient. 🔹VIP Rafting Ticket: Exclusive fast track for rafting to reduce waiting time for rafting projects; ⚠️ During peak seasons with large crowds, VIPs may still need to wait, and it cannot be guaranteed that queuing can be completely avoided. 🔹Rafting is only applicable during the open season: The rafting season is from mid-April to the end of October each year, with minor adjustments each year, subject to the public announcement of the scenic area. 🔹Private car drivers are mainly responsible for pick-up and drop-off, and cannot handle itinerary explanations, guided tours, or finding parking spaces; if you want a better experience, it is recommended to choose a package with tour guide services.
