• The minimum group size is 6 people. If the minimum is not met, the trip will be canceled, and a cancellation notice email will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
• In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel will be made by 18:00 local time the day before departure, and you will be notified in real time via email.
• Pre-departure reminder email: The night before your departure, between 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send you a pre-departure reminder email. This email will include the contact information for your tour leader, driver information, a map of the meeting location, and relevant instructions. Please be sure to check your email in a timely manner, and also check your junk mail folder. During peak travel season, there may be a slight delay in sending the email, so please bear with us. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recently sent email for the most up-to-date information.
• Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will be arranged to also act as an attendant, providing full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver/leader will only be responsible for itinerary and time management. Please feel free to explore the attractions upon arrival. Due to limited luggage compartment space, please indicate in the remarks column if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, we will not wait for late arrivals. Please observe the assembly time and the time allocated at each tourist attraction.
• If some attractions are canceled due to force majeure such as traffic or weather, you need to contact customer service to apply for a partial refund.
• This trip does not accept registrations from travelers under the age of 18 traveling alone. If you wish to register, please have your guardian register for this trip with you.
• Please understand that the tour and arrival times for each attraction may be adjusted (reduced or compressed) based on the weather and traffic conditions on the day.
• The itinerary does not include meals, so guests will need to take care of their own lunch. There are dining options at each attraction, or you can bring your own.
• This trip is a shared, fixed itinerary. Customers participating in this trip must adhere to the designated time at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions.
• If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid and no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be responsible for the consequences.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off options: Round-trip transportation from hotels & meeting points. Please note that this is not a small group tour.
• Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium are located near each other, so to ensure enough time for your visit, they are offered as an either/or choice. Please note your preference or leave a message to inform customer service of your selection.

Eligibility

• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• Infants and children will be counted as passengers. If you are traveling with children aged 0-2 (free of charge), please make a note of it when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance and there is not enough space, the driver has the right to refuse the ride, and you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Thank you for your understanding.
