- If the ground freezes in winter, buses will not be able to enter Kurokawa Onsen, and Kurokawa Onsen will be replaced by Shirakawa Suigen. Please do not book dinner, as you will not be able to catch your flight or Shinkansen that day. Notice before travel • Please ensure that the communication APP you have reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and guide information for the next day’s travel to your email before 8:00 p.m. one day before departure, please pay attention to check (may be in the junk mail). In order to ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in time. Thank you. • If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people required to form a group, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons and heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 6:00 p.m. local time one day before departure and notify you by email. Seats and vehicles • The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first-come-first-served. If you have special needs, please note it, and we will try our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement shall prevail on site. • The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to serve as a staff member in the car, and the explanation content will be relatively simple. • If you need to bring luggage, you need to inform us in advance. If you carry it without permission, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary adjustment and safety • Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (5,000–10,000 yen/hour, etc.). • The itinerary is for reference only, and the actual transportation, stay and tour time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance and other conditions. The tour guide can reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. • In the event of weather or force majeure that causes facilities such as cable cars and cruise ships to be suspended, they will be changed to other attractions or the stay time will be adjusted. • If you are late, temporarily change the meeting place or leave the group midway due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group. Season and landscape • Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, maple viewing, snow scenes, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by the climate, and the flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the itinerary will still depart normally and no refund will be given.
Other instructions • Please arrive at the meeting place on time. We will not wait for those who are late and cannot join the group midway. • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain itineraries.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the return or additional accommodation costs themselves.
* During peak travel periods such as Japanese Red Days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions that close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen or dinner that night, and bring your own light food and power bank.
