• Price Description: The current page’s quoted price is for a single foreign guest (standard room occupancy is 2 people); Prices are not applicable to guests with American or Canadian nationality. American and Canadian guests should contact customer service or the supplier for pricing. We apologize for any inconvenience; Guests from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and mainland China who place an order must contact customer service to apply for a refund of the price difference no later than 3 days before departure. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted. (The refund amount will be based on the exchange rate at the time of booking. Any difference due to exchange rate fluctuations must be borne by the guest.)
• Single Adult Situation: If 3 adults place an order, the 3rd person can choose: ① Purchase [Adult Extra Bed], 3 people stay in 1 room (if an extra bed cannot be arranged, you will be notified in advance) ② Purchase [Adult Ticket], 3 people stay in 1.5 rooms, sharing a room. Please note the gender of the person sharing the room. ③ Purchase [Adult Ticket + Single Room Supplement], 3 people stay in 2 rooms.
• Child Booking:

1. Children under 12 years old on the boarding date can purchase [Child Ticket]. Those aged 12 and above should purchase [Adult Ticket].
2. 2 adults and 1 child: Purchase [Child Ticket] for 1 room (please note if an extra bed is needed); or purchase [Single Room Supplement] for 1.5 rooms (1 adult shares a room with a guest of the same gender). Please note the child's information and the gender of the person sharing the room.
3. 1 adult and 1 child: In this case, 1 room will be arranged. The child needs to purchase [Single Room Supplement] and note the child's information.

• Bed Type Description: Double twin rooms are arranged by default. If a king-size bed is required, please make a note or contact us in advance, and we will try our best to arrange it.
• Room Sharing Description: Suite types do not accept single adult room-sharing bookings. Balcony rooms all accept room sharing.

|Cancellation Policy:

1. 100% of the contract amount will be charged 0-7 days (inclusive) before departure;
2. 50% of the contract amount will be charged 8-14 days (inclusive) before departure;
3. 25% of the contract amount will be charged 15-29 days (inclusive) before departure;
4. Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure can be made without loss.

• Items to prepare before the trip:

1. Chongqing summers are hot, and due to the landscape of the Sichuan-Chongqing region, there are many slopes and stairs. It is recommended to choose appropriate clothing and light shoes according to the season and climate to ensure travel comfort.
2. The summer sun in Chongqing is strong. It is recommended to bring sunscreen, sun hats, and other sun protection items.
3. Tourists should carry common medicines (such as cold medicine, anti-diarrhea medicine, motion sickness medicine, etc.) according to their physical condition. Elderly people with underlying diseases should carry relevant emergency medicines with them.
