• Changsha Museum Times: Morning: 10:00; 10:30; 11:00; 11:30; Afternoon: 13:00; 13:30; 14:00; 14:30 (Specific times are subject to successful reservation).
• Duration: 1.5 hours of instruction in Chinese
• The tour guide can appropriately adjust the order of visiting attractions based on the actual circumstances at the time, on the premise that the travel agency does not reduce the number of attractions or lower the service standards.
• If unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or unexpected events prevent the tour from proceeding as scheduled, any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes will be borne by the traveler.
• During the trip, you may pass through many places (such as: scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) which have different types of shopping stores inside. These shopping spots are not arranged by the travel agency. If tourists have shopping needs, it is a personal behavior. Please identify the quality of their goods by yourself, and ask the merchant for valid shopping vouchers to protect their legitimate rights.
• You must bring valid identification documents with you when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred, such as failure to check in, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions, due to not carrying valid identification documents.
• If complimentary items cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as flight issues, weather conditions, or closure of scenic spots, the cost will not be refunded.
• If a guest leaves the group or changes their itinerary midway through the tour for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the guest will be responsible for any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
• Travel agencies do not recommend that tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from tourists acting without authorization.
• Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
• Guest acceptance criteria: Guests over 70 years of age must be accompanied by a family member and are required to sign a liability waiver.
• Please provide the traveler's real contact information when registering, so that staff can contact the tourist's complaint demands in a timely manner.
• The staff will inform you of the meeting time and place approximately one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time, otherwise, to avoid delaying the itinerary of other guests, we will depart on time. We will not wait. • Changsha Museum: The museum features two major permanent exhibitions, "Ancient History and Culture of Changsha" and "Modern History and Culture of Changsha," supplemented by periodic blockbuster special exhibitions. It houses over 50,000 cultural relics, covering categories such as bronzeware, ceramics, calligraphy and painting, and revolutionary artifacts. Among them, Shang and Zhou bronzeware, Changsha Kiln ceramics, and artifacts unearthed from Mawangdui Han Tombs are considered its most prized possessions. In addition to its permanent exhibitions, the Changsha Museum's special exhibitions have always been a major draw. It has introduced top national special exhibitions such as the Sanxingdui Cultural Relics Exhibition and the Dunhuang Art Exhibition, and has also curated local特色 exhibitions like the Changsha Kiln International Exchange Exhibition. Each special exhibition consistently sparks a wave of cultural and museum visits.
