can choose morning or afternoon departure. the departure is just outside ibis which is very convenience. basically it is just transportation to the castle and to the lower lake. all other fees are not included. bring cash if you wanna take the boat to the bled island. overall it is ok trip since the timing is quite adequate. two main places with about half day tour. just about right.
Really enjoyed our half-day trip to Lake Bled. Beautiful scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and plenty of time to explore and take in the views. Definitely worth visiting!

Order management. I booked a tour for 8 AM on the 17th and received confirmation. However, on the 16th, I suddenly received a call saying I didn't show up at 8 AM. I sent them a screenshot of my order. As a result, I was told to attend at 2 PM on the 17th. This completely disrupted my entire travel itinerary in Slovenia.
