Keelung - Ishigaki

• Sails every Tuesday and Thursday
• Check-in time: 20:00 - 21:30 (Taiwan time)

Ishigaki - Keelung

• Sailing every Sunday in May and June
• Flights depart every Wednesday and Sunday starting in July.
• Check-in time: 18:00 - 20:00 (Japan time)
• Departure time: 21:00 (Japan time)
• Arrival Time: 08:00 (Taiwan Time)
• Due to regulations at Ishigaki Port, the departure time must be moved forward to 21:00 (Japan time). Therefore, the original sailing time of 7 hours will be extended to 10 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Luggage Information

• Standard Room: Each person can bring 2 large pieces of luggage (32 inches or less), with a weight limit of 20 kg per piece.
• Family Rooms, Deluxe Suites, and Royal Suites: Each person can bring 3 large pieces of luggage (32 inches or smaller), with a weight limit of 20 kg per piece.
• Oversized luggage must be placed in the designated area according to the guidance of customer service personnel. If it exceeds 32 inches and 20 kilograms, an additional charge of TWD 15 per kilogram will be applied.
• For safety reasons, taking luggage from the cargo hold during the voyage is prohibited. Please bring important items and necessities with you to the cabin.

Eligibility

• Ages 2 and above are considered adult tickets.
• Infant Ticket: Under 2 years old (crib not provided, must book and ticket with one adult)
• Bicycles: One bicycle per person (limited to non-electric models)
• This vessel strictly enforces that passengers aged 85 (inclusive) or above, and pregnant passengers who are 28 weeks (inclusive) or more into their pregnancy, must provide a medical certificate of fitness to travel at the time of booking. The medical certificate must be signed by a doctor, stamped by a medical institution, and approved by our company before boarding is permitted.

• Passengers with special needs should make a request when booking tickets, such as wheelchair service or bringing their own wheelchair.
• The maximum wheelchair size that this vessel can carry is 100cm in length x 63cm in width x 90cm in height.
• Pets are not allowed on this vessel. Passengers are responsible for any losses incurred as a result of bringing a pet and being unable to board.
• If the sailing is canceled due to weather conditions, you will be notified 3 days in advance.
• The carrier may not provide advance notice regarding interruptions to the voyage due to force majeure, calls at nearby ports, late arrivals, or vessel changes en route; if a sailing is confirmed to be canceled, the voyage may be completed by other means of transportation, and our company and the carrier will not be liable for any related damages.

  Passengers departing from Keelung Port by ferry, please note that the customs foreign currency declaration and tax refund service hours are from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please complete the relevant procedures within this time. Any adjustments will be notified separately. Thank you.

Port Information

• YAIMA MARU docks at Pier 19 of Keelung Port. According to berth arrangements, passenger check-in and customs procedures will be handled at either the Keelung Port East Passenger Terminal or West Passenger Terminal.

Keelung Port East Passenger Terminal

• Train: After exiting the "South Station" of the train station, walk for about 8 minutes to reach the terminal.
• Bus: Take routes 105, 107, 108, 109, 204, 303, 306, 307, 308, 403, 407, 408, 503, 508, 605, 608 to Erxin Loop Station, then walk for about 4 minutes to reach the terminal.
• Intercity Bus: Take routes 1579, 2088
• Self-driving: Please refer to the map. Vehicles can be parked in nearby parking lots.

Keelung Port West Passenger Terminal

• Address: No. 16, Gangxi St., Ren'ai Dist., Keelung City
• Transportation:
• Train: After exiting the "North Station" of the train station, walk for about 4 minutes to reach the terminal.
• Intercity Bus: Take routes 1550, 1551, 1558, 1573, 1800, 1801, 1804, 1805, 1813, 1880, 200
• Self-driving: Please refer to the map. Vehicles can be parked in nearby parking lots.

Transportation from Keelung Port Passenger Terminal to Taipei or other places

• Both the East and West Passenger Terminals are close to Keelung Train Station and Keelung Transfer Station. You can choose to transfer to a train or intercity bus to other places.
• The East Passenger Terminal is about an 8-minute walk from Keelung Train Station (South Station).
• The West Passenger Terminal is about a 5-minute walk from Keelung Train Station (North Station).
• The East Passenger Terminal is about a 15-minute walk from Keelung Transfer Station.
• The West Passenger Terminal is about a 5-minute walk from Keelung Transfer Station.
• Taking a Taiwan Railways train to Taipei Main Station takes about 45 minutes, with a fare starting from TWD 62.
• Taking an intercity bus to Taipei Main Station takes about 50 minutes, with a fare starting from TWD 60.
• Taking a taxi to Taipei Main Station takes about 35-45 minutes, with a fare starting from TWD 800.
