- Ticketholders can use the pass any time within 24 hours in any Shanghai Metro line (exculding the Maglev Line)
- Ensure that you have your subway pass for the check out upon arrival. The pass is not yet registered. You must bring your pass at all times. If you lose your pass, your ride will be considered as invalid and you will have to pay a fine
- Please keep your subway pass clean and neat. Folded, bent, altered, and punched passes are strictly prohibited. Any damaged will be regarded as invalid
- Children with a height of 129cm and under can board for free, as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult
- Children with a height of 130cm and above must purchase the regular-priced passes
