Tucked away in a quiet back alley, YuNiwa Experience offers a modern-Japanese space where chef Hiro Saito teaches sushi making in small groups. Craft your own nigiri and rolls, plate them on traditional dishes, and enjoy a seasonal amuse-bouche box and warm soup
Option 1 11:00–12:30 or 17:00–18:30 Join a hands-on sushi class using fresh seafood directly sourced from the market by a private chef. You will learn how to make nigiri sushi, maki rolls, and more. 12:30-13:30 or 18:30–19:30 Choose your favorite traditional Japanese tableware and plate the sushi you made. Enjoy your handmade sushi along with the chef’s special amuse-bouche box featuring seasonal ingredients gathered from all over Japan.
