Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has expired.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 2 hour(s) or more
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time
