• The trip is not recommended for expectant mothers and people with heart or back pain medical record or other physical impediments
• Please note that this is a point-to-point maritime transport and the operator will not be held liable for any delays along route
• You can bring along some light snacks or meals on board. However, full course meals are not allowed on the fast boat
• When arriving at Padang Bai Port from Gili Islands, please ignore the taxi drivers and hawkers and proceed to your free drop service which will be waiting in the main square (about 20m away from the jetty). Follow the instructions of Blue Water staff (in official uniform and holding a “Blue Water Express” sign) only. You may need to be proactive in asking for clear directions from them. This can be an uncomfortable situation for some customers, but unfortunately, Blue Water Express is unable to prohibit local drivers from coming on to the jetty in this manner
