Avignon & Roman Aqueduc from Aix en Provence - Private Tour

- The town of Avignon is about 1h drive from Aix-en-Provence and it's somewhere that I really like to take visitors, as it is full of history!
- On this tour we will see the Roman Aqueduc Pont du Gard, an incredible work of art built by the Romans 2000 years ago.
- We will also do a walking tour of Avignon where you can see the famous pope Palace dated 14th century.
- We will make sure to stop on top of Le Rocher des Doms that overlooks the Rhône river and the very old Pont d'Avignon from the 12th century. You might know the famous nursery rhyme about dancing on the Pont D'Avignon
