  • Booster seats: Age 1-4 weighing 15-25kg

Luggage Policy:

  • Each passenger is allowed one hand luggage and one check-in luggage. In order for your luggage to fit the car, your luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes (wheels, handle, and pockets included):
  • Hand luggage: 21inx15inx7in or 55cmx40cmx20cm (max. weight: 10kg)
  • Check-in luggage: 31inx46inx46in or 81cmx119cmx119cm (max. weight: 25kg)

  • Due to traffic restrictions in the Kraków city centre, it is not always possible to drive a car right up to the hotel, therefore the passengers travelling to the airport are usually picked up from a location near their accommodation at the nearest spot where cars are allowed
  • A professional, English-speaking driver will ensure that your trip is a safe and comfortable one
  • Please be at the pick up location at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure
  • You have a maximum visiting time of up to 4.5 hours at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum before returning to the vehicle and back to the city
  • All transportation services use well-maintained and comfortable passenger cars, minivans and buses
  • Please note: The vehicles are not wheelchair-accessible
  • Food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed in the vehicle
