Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• The child safety seat: It is good for children aged 0-6 under 135 cm. It's with a limited quota on a first come first serve. To request the second or more child safety seat you need to pay an additional 200 THB each. The operator will contact customer back to inform of payment child seat.
• The child safety seat is provided as equipment only and does not waive the Child ticket fee.
• Child ticket fees still apply to all children joining the tour.
