Very cheerful driver waiting with noticeable sign to pick us up. The whole process was very efficient. The car was very good quality, the driver was very polite and drove very safely. All in all a dry pleasant experience. I would definitely use it again as well as recommend to my friends.
The transfer in itself was very convenient. The cab was comfortable and clean. The reason I have deducted a star is the lack of communication between Klook and the local operator. I had to repeat my details over email, chat and still end up calling the local operator myself to provide the details.
The car is very large and comfortable, very spacious and tidy. The driver is very polite and the car is very safe. Because our flight arrived early, I couldn't see the driver, I found him immediately after looking for a while, and he was very embarrassed!
