Booking changes policy

• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

Redemption information

• Upon purchase, you will be provided with the access code (via email) which can be redeemed in CityCrumb mobile app. Please download the mobile app only from Play Store and App Store. Links are provided in our citycrumb.sg website.
• You can start the outdoor escape game any time of the day by redeeming the access code in the app and going to the stated starting point physically. The app will guide you to the various stops, and you can take as many breaks. There is no time limit to the game, it can even be resumed on another day (e.g., in the case of bad weather).
