Fair 1.0
Lucas was amazing and insanely kind, and he’s is 10/10 ,however it is not what it seems to be, a day earlier you are been told that you need to pay for the entrance and that this ticket is not the tour at all, it’s only a transportation and one that is not even close to me, I was kinda surprised but it’s a ton of money just for a ride, could have taken a bus or a taxi for cheaper, unbelievable

Fantastic 5.0
Our tour guide, Anioni, was friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. 👍
We encountered an issue during the meeting process, but fortunately, online customer service representative Dylan C. assisted us, allowing the tour to proceed smoothly.
The underground palace was a marvel of nature's craftsmanship;
The Salt Cathedral was truly awe-inspiring.
A crystallization of history and art, a must-visit wonder!
