The staff were all very friendly. For the essential oil massage, you could choose between woody and rose scents, and it offers great value. Hot tea and cookies were served after the session. Just be a bit careful walking down the stairs.

We used it as a family of three. We arrived 15 minutes early, but were told that they wanted us back exactly on time. I showed the voucher, but they asked questions such as whether the payment was completed and what kind of massage I had booked. It was crowded inside and several groups were waiting. We waited for about 15 minutes before being shown in. I was worried that I might not make it to my next appointment. The therapist was very good. I thought it was part of Thai culture, so I thought it couldn't be helped.
