Age Restriction

• This performance is available for viewing by ages 7 and above. (Must have been born in 2018 or earlier based on 2025; must have been born in 2019 or earlier based on 2026 to be admitted).
• The date of birth takes absolute priority for the age standard.
• Age cannot be visually confirmed and you must present supporting documents (Health Insurance Card, Passport, etc.) that can verify the date of birth for inspection. If not verified, admission will be restricted regardless of ticket possession or adult accompaniment, and on-site cancellation, refund, or change on the day of the performance related to this is not possible.

Ticket Collection

• Tickets can be collected starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance begins.
• Tickets are only available for on-site collection on the day of the performance; Delivery is not possible. Please take care of your ticket as reissuance is not possible if lost after collection.

Performance Viewing Guidelines

• Safety railings are installed in front of the 2nd and 3rd-floor seating for audience safety. The safety bar on the 2nd floor automatically lowers right before the performance begins allowing viewing without obstruction.
• The 1st row of the 3rd floor is not sold due to potential view restriction from the railing. The 2nd row of the 3rd floor allows viewing without obstruction from the audience in front, but performers may not be visible in some scenes.
• Seat changes, refunds, or cancellations on the day due to the above are not possible, so please be aware when booking. Also, as the incline of the 3rd-floor seating is relatively steep, audience members accompanied by teenagers or the elderly should exercise caution when moving, and guardians are requested to cooperate by watching together.
• After the performance begins, entry is restricted except during designated times, and you may be guided to a different seat than the one you booked to avoid disturbing other audience members.
• For the 3rd-floor seating, entry is only allowed to a separate late-comer section.
• Re-entry may be restricted if you exit during the performance. You can enter your original seat during the intermission, so please arrive with plenty of time before the performance starts.
• Food and beverages other than plain water are prohibited inside the venue, as well as items that may interfere with the performance (light sticks, bouquets, etc.).
• Customers who are under the influence of alcohol will be restricted from entry, even if they possess a ticket.
• Please be advised that there may be scenes in the production where sudden loud noises and odors occur due to the use of pyrotechnics.
• The casting schedule may be subject to change without prior notice due to the circumstances of the actors or the production company.
• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance, including the curtain call, without prior agreement. This has been pre-agreed upon by the production company, venue, and actors, and your active and voluntary cooperation is requested.

Venue Information

• Opera glasses can be rented through advance reservation on the Chungmu Art Center website (PC/Mobile) up to two hours before the performance begins.
• Parking space at the venue is limited and the surrounding traffic is very congested, so public transportation is strongly recommended. Cancellations or changes to bookings are not possible if you are unable to view or abandon viewing due to parking or traffic issues on the day. Please use public transportation as the Chungmu Art Center is close to Shindang Station on Subway Line 2 / Line 6.
• In consultation with the venue, this performance politely declines celebratory wreaths (flowers, rice, briquettes, etc.) and potted plants. Please understand that wreaths and bouquets delivered to the venue will be disposed of immediately.
