From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty of Austria. Mido arrived right on time with a spotless, comfortable vehicle and immediately made us feel welcome. Along the journey, he shared fascinating local history, fun stories, and insider tips you would never get from a typical tour. What truly stood out was how personalized he made the trip. He never rushed us, gave us great recommendations for local food and coffee, and took amazing photos for us along the way. An excellent tour and experience to visit Austria for short of time. St. Gilgen and especially Hallstatt as Unesco world heritage site are the must visit if you have limited time. Our tour guide, Mahmoud Youssef, has incredibly knowledgable and gave us a fantastic day. We learnt about history and culture and much more. We traveled in small van and only our group - it is kind of private us. We were very happy with our tour guide and the sites, we visited. To extra mile, Youssef also brought us to visit St. Wolfgang when we travelled back to Salzburg - though it is not in the itinerary. Well spent money and day with ver good service from Youssef.

Youssef was the best tour guide for my family. He took us to many beautiful places and let us have enough time to enjoy. I am especially grateful for taking us to the salt mine. My family really loved it. He prepared snacks, drinks and water for us, which was very kind and sweet. He even turned on Korean songs for us(korean family) while we were moving from one to another! The tour with Youssef was very enjoyable and relaxing. If you want to explore the surrounding areas of Salzburg, I recommend Youssef's tour👍

Recommended for a hassle free sightseeing in Hallstatt! Yousef is a nice guy ready to share info on the sights. We didn’t have much plan, we’re glad he asked us to explore Salt Mine, it was a great experience too. Klook itinerary says 4pm pack up time, but the friendly guide did not hurry us at all, much appreciated. He messaged the night before and prepared drinks and sweets for us during the trip. Recommended for those who prefer a tour and own free time at the same time.

Today's tour to Hallstatt, booked via Klook, was a highlight of my travels, thanks to the stunning scenery and our outstanding driver. Their expert navigation and engaging commentary enhanced the beauty of our journey, making every moment memorable. The driver's professionalism and friendliness deserve a five-star rating, turning an already beautiful trip into an unforgettable experience.

Participating in today's itinerary to Haciutat, Medo was today's driver and tour guide. He picked us up at the hotel on time, and then went to other hotels to pick up four passengers to go to Haciutat. He gave detailed explanations along the way and suggested that we take Funicular to get there. From the top of the mountain, you can look out over the breathtaking scenery of the lakes and mountains throughout Hallstatt. They are very nice, and the itinerary can be flexibly adjusted to meet our needs. Of course, God is also very kind to us and gave us great weather, allowing us to have a pleasant journey. If there are relatives and friends coming here, Definitely recommend this trip.

Our family of six formed a perfect group, and the itinerary was very flexible. Ibrahim, our driver and guide, was incredibly enthusiastic and professional. He took us to several classic photo spots and even suggested routes for us. In one day, we visited St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang, and Hallstatt – a perfect Lake District trip. Highly recommended!
