The food at the restaurant is delicious, but Klook is awful. The meal vouchers they sell are much more expensive than the set meals in the restaurant. Klook sells them for over 1700, but the actual set meal content redeemed in the restaurant is 298 RMB, which means the actual value of the set meal used is only over 1300. Also, buying this meal voucher doesn't guarantee a reservation; you still have to wait in line. So, there's no need for us to buy an overpriced meal voucher in advance on Klook! It's just deceiving consumers.

I purchased my booking for Warehouse 3 for a Sunday dinner through Klook. We arrived at 4.45pm and took our queue number, as was suggested to reach early especially on weekend. Truly, it was so popular and we literally waited for about 3hr and 50mins before we were called in. We ordered the set for 3-4 pax through our booking. The food was normal imo, especially the roasted pigeon. As we have waited for so long, it natural for customer like us to expect certain quality or taste of the long awaited food, but it turned out to be "disappointing" and totally not worthy for the super long wait. So, i would not recommend for family to try it out. Given the long waiting time and price of the set meal, its totally not worthy and not recommended at all. Instead, other popular restaurants at Shanghai Nanjing would offer much better food at a lower cost. Thats my personal review on Warehouse 3.

We queued up early on the second day of Chinese New Year hoping to get a good spot for photos, and our wish came true! We had a great time eating, and the scene was beautiful. 👍👍👍

Booking on Klook doesn't mean no wait. waited for 2 hours even though have booking. food honestly was mediocre, and I felt it was overhyped. atmosphere is nice but its definitely not something worth queuing 2 hours for. also, on-site menu set price was cheaper than Klook. klook refunded the balance via KlookCash.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Expressed we didn't eat fish and a whole fish turned up to the table. The food was mediocre. Restaurant looks nothing like the pictures online. Wait time is over two hours. Staff are rude. Food was pretty good. Just not worth it.

Waiting time is too long and tiring. Should remove the fish from the set menu. Ruin the fine dining experience.

We wanted to go next day and rushed this booking thinking we'll get priority seating. Should have read reviews first. There is no advantage booking online as you still have to queue. Worst off, because we purchased we couldn't just skip it when told it'll be a 2 hour wait. By booking package we lost opportunity to order what we may have really wanted. Worst off, the description shows 2 for 1 thinking we get to choose two items in each category when it should have read "Choose 1". l Portions came out big and food was delicious but no need to book online, especially when you still need to queue.
