- Guests with existing medical conditions or a history of serious health issues are not permitted to participate for safety reasons
- Children aged 8 years old and bellow must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 5 years old and below shall be assessed by the Skywalk Captain/Supervisor
- Guest with any of the following are not allowed: Pregnant, Heart Condition/Highblood Pressure/ Serious Back Injury, Under the influence of alcohol and drugs, Body that won't fit the safety harness
- Remove all personal belongings (cameras, mobile phones, purses, handbags, wallets, watches & sunglasses) and loose items (pens, coins, lighters, keys & caps) in the locker
- All digital pictures will be taken by the Skywalk Photographer
- Jumpsuits will be provided to wear over your clothing. Shoes must be firmly secure on your feet. Shoes with non-slip rubber soles are recommended. Flip flops and high heels are not allowed. Please ask an attendant regarding borrowing a pair of non-slip shoes
- All children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children younger than 5 years old shall be assessed by the Skywalk Captain/Supervisor
- Never attempt to release or loosen any part of your harness or your companion’s. Ask the guide to adjust your harness to fit comfortably before leaving the Safe Zone
- No running, no jumping, no pulling of safety line, no walking back, no overtaking to prevent safety line tangle
- In case of emergency, do not panic. Please listen to your guide's instruction carefully for a safe and orderly exit
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
