Quite confusing since there are different branches or locations where you can left the luggage, and we need to choose which one is closest to the HK busline office (Amorita Boutique hotel)

Used this service to store our luggage in Hanoi on the first day before taking the overnight bus to SaPa. While having many storage options is helpful, it was difficult to find a location near the bus office when booking. We used Amory Boutique Hotel, which is close to the HK Bus Line office. We showed our voucher and were able to store our luggage smoothly. They also let you use a space to change clothes or take a shower upon request. For the shower, we paid 50,000 VND for a towel. We were also able to charge our devices in the lobby. It was comfortable to be able to sightsee hands-free for 10 hours from arriving in Hanoi until catching the overnight bus. Would use this service again.

I used this service to store my luggage while cruising Ha Long Bay and touring the Old Quarter. I used the Hanoi High Five Hostel near the Old Quarter. The location is perfect for touring the city. I had trouble with my luggage not arriving from the cruise, but after touring the city, they arranged a taxi to the airport and helped us with our trouble. I'm glad I chose the hotel as a place to store my luggage. I think it's a safe place to leave your luggage while touring the Old Quarter.

we chose amorita boutique hotel for our drop off luggage. The staff Tracy is from the Philippines, she's so cute and she helps us a lot from ordering Jollibee tru grab and also show us where we can exchange money 🤑 and she let us stay in the lobby for a long time while waiting for our service to go to sapa. you can also take a shower 🚿 for free.. 🥰 overall the service is 100%.

Great storage facility! The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire process was smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their belongings.

we put our luggage early morning, the reception is great, they help us with the luggage because the storage is in the second floor (we chose siva luxury hotel) and everything went well

the hotel’s reception was so kind. we have no issues we waited for a while because we’re waiting for our pick up to sapa. the location is very convienent as well. its also near cafe giang. just one block away

This time, I used Hi Five Hostel to store my suitcase because I wanted to do a little sightseeing in the Old Quarter during my transit in Hanoi. While sightseeing, I realized I didn't have my passport and was in a bind. A woman from Hi Five Hostel helped me in many ways, and miraculously, it was found, so I am extremely grateful! The location is also convenient, and I highly recommend it.

Safe and secure site. I used High Five Hostel Hanoi in the old quarter for this. Just show the voucher and take a picture of the token associated with your bag/luggage and collect it later. Smooth experience.
