Quite confusing since there are different branches or locations where you can left the luggage, and we need to choose which one is closest to the HK busline office (Amorita Boutique hotel)

great experience. easy to use. toilet and shower avail if you need. it’s in a hotel so it would be good if they put that in the address or description. but I would 100% use again

We got lost and even pay additional on the Grab driver. I didn’t realized that there two separate address indicated though they are on the same street. When I booked it says Whalo Luggage but actually no indication of the said name outside. It only shows about the hotel name and that’s it. I didn’t received a notification should there be any changes. Though the people inside are accommodating.

My experience using Whalelo to store my luggage was fantastic! The reservation process was simple and fast, and the staff was very friendly. The luggage storage space gave me peace of mind. Compared to searching for a full locker at the station, this is definitely the first choice for saving time and effort. Highly recommended for friends who are traveling!

We have chosen Amorita Boutique Hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, they even offer us a bathing room when they know we are going to take the sleeping bus which don’t have the facilities to tidy up ourselves.

I used this service to store my luggage while cruising Ha Long Bay and touring the Old Quarter. I used the Hanoi High Five Hostel near the Old Quarter. The location is perfect for touring the city. I had trouble with my luggage not arriving from the cruise, but after touring the city, they arranged a taxi to the airport and helped us with our trouble. I'm glad I chose the hotel as a place to store my luggage. I think it's a safe place to leave your luggage while touring the Old Quarter.

We stayed at Eliana Premio Hotel and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
