Busan: Ice Valley Cable Car & UNESCO Nature Discovery Tour

MR KIM DONGHYEON (DK), is an all around tour guide. He’s both a good driver and a great guide. He’s very good command of the English language and he knows the history of the Tongdosa Temple well. He’s accommodating and smiling a lot helps with very cold weather 2026/01/02. The recommended lunch place was great. Very cheap yet very delicious (맛있어요). Hope I wrote it correctly. Then there’s Gamcheon Culture Village, BTS Army will love this place. There’s a mural of JIMIN and JUNGKOOK. There’s the Little Prince statue, not related to the book. And the view is very beautiful. If not for the very cold weather, I think we would have stayed a little longer. We finally finished the tour at around 19:30, which was over the tour time. If it was another guide, I think the tour would have been cut short. That’s why kudos to DK for putting up with the group. 👍👍👍And one more thing, the Amethyst Cavern was not included, it’s not worth it. Unless you have little children in the group then it’s okay. 😐

We'd like to thank our tour guide, Joy. Even though there were only two of us today, she tirelessly guided us through the entire itinerary. At each attraction, Joy shared a lot of knowledge about the site, and she also helped us take beautiful photos. She even assisted with translating what the guides said on the boat in the Crystal Cave and on the cable car. ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧

Our tour guide, Joe, provided very attentive and excellent service, was very considerate of the travelers, the itinerary was perfectly arranged, and the timing was just right, so there was no overly tiring situation. The introduction of the scenery and related background was also very detailed, and he provided many secret photo spots so we didn't have to squeeze with the crowds to take pictures. Our guide DK was amazing! It was quite unexpected that our group was the only one for the day, so he had to take on both the roles of driver and tour guide—which is definitely not an easy task. Despite that, he remained energetic, enthusiastic, and professional throughout the entire journey. He brought us to all the attractions and explained everything very clearly. My husband and I are truly very happy and satisfied with his service. We sincerely hope to have the chance to travel with him again next time! 😊
