🎫 Ticket Redemption Policy

• Children born in 2019 or later (preschoolers) are eligible for free admission. (However, only children aged 36 months or older are allowed to enter.)
• Please present your voucher at the venue to receive your wristband for entry.
• Tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized channels may be canceled without prior notice, and entry may be denied at the venue.

🚪 Admission Information

• Entry is available from 10:00 AM, with final admission at 5:00 PM.
• You must collect and wear your wristband at the designated booth to enter the venue.
• Photo and video recordings will take place during the event for coverage and promotional use.
• Images and videos featuring attendees may be used by Smilegate Group and UniOne Communications Co., Ltd. for promotional purposes related to this event and affiliated services.

👀 Visitor Guidelines

• The entire exhibition area is a non-smoking zone.
• Items that may pose a safety risk to others are not permitted.
• Food and beverages (except bottled water) are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
• Pets are not permitted inside the venue.
• During busy hours, entry wait times may occur.
