Victoria, our local Busan guide was exceptional! 💖 We covered each place as listed with the background of each place as well as learning what locals really do. The day trip was well-timed and we ate throughout the trip (almost at every stop point). On top of that, she bought us Busan favorite street food at BIFF, gifted us with her favourite local snacks and on top of that, personalised hand written postcards. Victoria brought this experience to the next level (not forgetting that she can speak in 3 languages: Korean, English & Chinese, as she was also our photographer, translator and became our local friend in Busan showing us all the amazing deals on Kup too!). I would highly recommend this day tour as if you get Victoria as your guide, that's bonus to it! 🌈

Highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to cover all the main attractions in Busan within one day. The tour was well managed by our friendly and skilled tour guide, Victoria who can speak English, Chinese and Korean. Her service was one of the best part of this tour! The bus provided was very comfortable and our driver maneuvered the vehicle very well especially at the steep routes leading up to Gamcheon Cultural Village. Additional plus points of this tour is that we were given free post cards at the end of the trip (not forced to drop review to receive it) and at BIFF, we got to taste Busan Hotteok as well (provided by the tour). Look at the beautiful sites we explored especially Gamcheon Cultural Village and Haeundae Sky Capsule !

Okay I booked this last minute but the tour was amazing a little rushed at each of the destinations but a sure fire way to get sky capsule tickets. However it was a great taster. Our guide Victoria was amazing high energy and knowledgeable she is fluent in both Chinese and English. Transfer was luxurious in a VIP bus. Smooth and great service! definitely recommend.

We did our tour the day after Chuseok and it was very busy! Our guide Daniel did a great job navigating through it all and showed us so much of Busan in such a short time. Lots of great views throughout the capsule ride, gamcheon culture village, chinsoo waterfront. The food at Jagalchi market and the street food at BIFF square were big highlights too! Daniel gave great recommendations for food 👌🏼 Would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a tour of Busan.

We arrived in Busan at 10 AM, so the tour that started in the afternoon was perfect for us. This tour was very enjoyable. Starting with the capsule ride, then visiting the temple, then the Gamcheon Culture Village, a delicious dinner at Jagalchi Market, biff and finally taking pictures at Busan Port. The tour was a wonderful experience! The itinerary was well organized and everything went smoothly. Our tour guide Victoria was friendly, professional, and very attentive to everyone throughout the trip. The explanations were interesting and informative, and we really enjoyed learning more about the local culture and attractions.

Tomy was such a fun tour guide, very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything in such a good way. My tour went smoothly and we had a blast at the fish market! He helped us go to the restaurant and order food; we were even running a little behind with time eating and he was very nice and gave us a little extra time to finish, he was very considerate. I had the best tour with Tomy, highly recommend.

Our guide, Kelvin, was very attentive and recommended great Korean food, shopping websites, and attractions. The itinerary included a capsule train ride, where we could enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery of Haeundae at sunset. The guide had already arranged the tickets, which was very convenient as we didn't have to purchase them online in advance. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing day trip! Everything went smoothly and easily from start to finish. This was actually my second time taking a tour with Tomy, and he delivered a fantastic experience once again. The spots like Gamcheon Culture Village, Jagalchi Market, Songdo, and Cheongsapo were great. Highly recommend booking with him!

Our guide Alice was outstanding – very well prepared, friendly, helpful, and perfectly organized throughout the entire tour. She made sure everything ran smoothly, gave clear instructions, and was always there whenever we had questions or needed support. The whole experience was very well planned, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. The tour included many amazing highlights and was organized in a very professional way. It definitely exceeded our expectations, and we left truly happy and satisfied. The only small point we would mention is that at one or two stops we would have loved a little more free time. However, this was clearly due to the tight schedule and the many highlights included in the tour. Overall, we are absolutely delighted and can highly recommend this experience – especially with Alice as the guide.
