He warn us of some unnecessarily spending money. whenever we need more food, he will help us order. knowledge of the tour guide was top notch accomodation options: hotel is well booked n planned itinerary: everything was space out well

Tour Guide: Our tour guide, Ms. Zhou Qin, was absolutely perfect! She introduced every attraction wonderfully and thoughtfully recommended some great food and classic sights. The hotel arrangements were also excellent. Attractions: Zhangjiajie was a bit disappointing because we didn't get to see Tianmen Cave, but we did see the Bailong Elevator. Fenghuang Ancient City was also beautiful; we learned a lot of history and saw many interesting things. Accommodation: The accommodation arrangements were very good and satisfactory. Transportation: The tour guide also made excellent and timely transportation arrangements for us. Overall: Although there were some minor disappointments, the entire trip was fantastic. The tour was well-planned and very convenient for tourists. We chose a Chinese-speaking guide instead of an English one due to the price difference. Our guide, Ms. 汪, was knowledgeable and kind, explaining each site clearly—even though much of the history was new to us. She was also very considerate toward our elderly family member, recommending routes suitable for those who can’t walk long distances or climb many stairs. The overall duration of the tour felt just right, and the scenic spots were truly beautiful. It can be a bit tiring, as the tour starts early each day and involves changing hotels nightly. Do note that some attractions are not included in the base package and require additional payment on-site, depending on your preferences. I’d still recommend joining these optional activities—they’re absolutely worth it!

This trip is very worry-free and effort-saving. The travel society has arranged everything for you and we saw a beautiful snow scene.The accommodation environment is also very good. It is the style we like very much, and each room is equipped with a washing machine to solve the problem that we have no place to wash clothes when we travel for many days.
