Important Notes & Guidelines

• Please read the following information carefully before booking:
• The performance schedule and artist lineup are subject to change without prior notice due to organizer or artist circumstances.
• The lineup is subject to change. Please note that cancellations or refunds are not permitted due to changes in the performing artists.
• 100% cancellation fees apply after booking confirmation; refunds are strictly not possible. Please book with care.
• Seating will be determined on the event day. Advance selection or designation of sections/seat numbers is not permitted.
• Food is prohibited inside the concert hall (only water is allowed).
• Taking photos with telephoto cameras or recording videos inside the venue is strictly forbidden. Luggage checks may be conducted upon entry.
• Neither the company nor the organizer is responsible for lost or stolen tickets after collection. (Tickets will not be reissued.)
• All participants must bring their original Passport or Alien Registration Card for verification on the event day.
• This is a ticket exclusively for foreigners (non-Koreans cannot book).
• For minors (ages 6 to 12, born between Nov 10, 2013, and Nov 10, 2019): Admission is only permitted when accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Round-trip shuttle bus service operates between Myeongdong Station OR Hapjeong Station and the venue.
• The shuttle departing from the venue may be a different vehicle than the one you took from Seoul. Please ensure you take all your personal belongings with you when you exit.
• This ticket is a complimentary admission pass provided exclusively for foreigners by Incheon International Airport Corporation. It is not available for individual purchase and is only provided as part of a package product.
