Review for: From Ha Noi: Ninh Binh, Hoa Lu, Tam Coc & Mua Cave (Indian Meal Option Available)

We had such a great trip with Tom and his trip! Our guide provided us some great history of the places we visited and was very kind. Members of our group weren't very punctual and he treated them with patience and kindness and that takes skill. All of our view points were amazingly beautiful and well worth the price! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a full day of Nihn Binh with a great buffet lunch and amazing views! My husband took most of the photos but here are a few I captured at our last point.

This activity comes highly recommended! Our guide picked us up directly from our hotel and waited for us, saving us a lot of transportation hassle. The boat ride in Chang'an was also beautiful and very comfortable. I encourage everyone to participate; it's an excellent value!

Review for: From Ha Noi: Ninh Binh, Hoa Lu, Tam Coc & Mua Cave (Indian Meal Option Available)

Our Ninh Binh day tour (Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, and Mua Cave) from Hanoi was memorable, with both highlights and downsides. Ninh Binh itself is absolutely stunning—like stepping into a postcard. The scenery was breathtaking, with limestone mountains, rivers, and lush greenery everywhere. Hoa Lu was rich in history, Tam Coc’s boat ride was peaceful and beautiful, and the view from Mua Cave was worth the climb. Lunch, however, was disappointing. It was advertised as a buffet but ended up plated. There were several options, but the food was quite bland—just okay overall. What really affected our experience was the bus. The back seats were extremely hot, and the AC wasn’t working properly. Despite asking our guide, Chu, several times, the temperature didn’t improve. We felt dizzy from the heat, and I even got sick after the trip. While Ninh Binh is amazing, the transport conditions made the experience uncomfortable.
