  • Accidental Insurance: This trip includes a travel accident insurance policy provided by the travel agency, with a maximum coverage of 200,000 RMB. The specific scope of compensation and related liability are subject to the terms of the policy. Travelers are advised to purchase higher coverage insurance on their own!
  • Seating Arrangement: The travel agency does not assign seats. Travelers in the same group should discuss and take turns sitting in different seats (excluding the driver's seat).
  • Driver Service: This tour does not have a tour guide, only a driver. Due to the driver's education level and the complex road conditions in the mountainous areas of Xinjiang, the driver needs to concentrate highly on the long-distance driving. The driver will remain vigilant throughout the journey and will not be able to be distracted by excessive conversation or interaction with tourists. Your safety is our greatest responsibility.   • Detachment Instructions: If you choose to leave the group midway during the trip, the uncompleted portion will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment. Only the expenses not incurred during the trip will be refunded to you, and the transportation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Discount Policy: During winter, some scenic spot tickets in Xinjiang (Kanas/Hemu/General Mountain) already enjoy off-season discounts/free ticket policies. This group tour quotation has already deducted these discounts, and no discounts will be available locally with any certificates, and no price difference will be refunded. If you hold valid veteran, disabled person, or other special certificates for the Sayram Lake scenic area, please inform us when registering and bring the relevant certificates with you (refunds cannot be arranged if you do not bring them). Also, Kanas + Hemu + Baihaba implement a package ticket policy in winter. As long as you visit one of the attractions, no refund will be given for the other two attractions, regardless of whether you visit them or not.
  • Other Instructions: During the trip, if scenic spots are closed due to force majeure factors and normal visits cannot be made, both parties will negotiate to cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the cost difference will be refunded or supplemented on site.
  • Pre-trip Reminder: You will receive a departure notification call or text message from the travel agency before 22:00 on the evening before departure. Please pay attention and keep your phone line open. If you do not receive any notification after 22:00, please contact the sales representative in time.
  • Other Tips: Due to the long distances between scenic spots in Xinjiang, pregnant women and the elderly over 73 years old cannot register. (Guests over 70 years old need to sign a disclaimer and be accompanied by family members to participate in the tour), minors under 18 years old need to be accompanied by immediate family members, and children under 2 years old are not recommended to register.
  • Grouping Instructions: This itinerary is a national 2-6 person group tour (2 people can form a group/6 people is the upper limit). Due to the random nature of the group formation, it is not possible to screen the age, gender, region, and other information of the group members in advance. Special reminder: Tourists with special requirements for the social environment are advised to choose customized chartered car services.
